As a sufferer of chronic migraines over the previous decade I experienced long term relief for the first time, as well as experiencing a deeper connection to myself as a result of Five-Element Acupuncture. This treatment profoundly shaped my life perspective; creating space to explore my personal beliefs and goals. Consequently I chose to change career and committed to self-development and study within this area of medicine.

I graduated from the School of Five Element Acupuncture, London in 2005 after three years of accredited degree level training in both the theory and clinical practice of acupuncture and western biomedical sciences.

Since then I have practised in clinics across London and the Middle East, and continued learning on numerous advanced postgraduate training courses. I am also qualified in mentoring-supervision providing support for other acupuncturists and health professionals.

I use ultra fine gauge Korean acupuncture needles to help provide a more comfortable yet effective treatment experience.

I am a member of several professional organisations keeping up-to-date with regular training and continuing professional development, so you can be assured of highest standards of care and expertise.

I was proud to have been a part of World Medicine, a multi-disciplinary team that travelled to Sri Lanka to help victims of the Asian Tsunami. In my time there I treated hundreds of people suffering from physical and emotional trauma.
